From the Sitar to the Guitar is een van de volmaakste producties die ik ken, te vergelijken met de dubbel-dvd over Stéphane Grappelli
en Django Reinhardt ("A life in the jazz century", Music on earth). Prachtig opgenomen, goed gedocumenteerd, met een weelde aan extra's,
interviews, rehearsals die veel licht werpen op de genesis van het project. Het was voor mij een boeiend ophalen van herinneringen aan
die enthousiasmerende avond die ik zo'n tien jaar geleden mocht meemaken."
