Shipping and returns
Your order will be shipped to you as soon as we have received your payment.
Returns and complaints
Please notify us either by e-mail, fax or letter within 48 hours of
receipt of the goods. We will discuss the problem with you and if goods are
damaged we will either ask you to retain them so that the post office can
inspect them or return them to us. If asked to return them to us, please do
so within 7 days. It is imperative they are returned with the original packaging
and sent back by the same method that they were dispatched to you (i.e. recorded
delivery/registered post etc). Please retain your proof of posting. We will
refund this postage cost to you.
Please note: our overseas customers should NOT return any damaged goods to
us, but wait for our instructions.
